Congratulations! You have won a unique and exciting item in the DOORS 2020 virtual auction. As an extra thank you for your support, we’ve thrown in a bottle of Sleight of Hand’s Renegade Rosé (for in-person pick-up only, and does not apply to wine packages). 

 

Please review the below information regarding picking up your item. 

 

WHERE:

The Paramount Theatre | 911 Pine St. | Seattle, WA 98101

You can park your car in the 3-minute loading zone located directly in front of the main doors on Pine St.

A driver’s license or other form of personal identification will be required to pick up your item.

 

PICK-UP HOURS:

Tuesday, May 5th 10am-4:30pm

Thursday, May 7th 10am-4:30pm

Tuesday, May 12th 10am-4:30pm

Thursday, May 14th 10am-4:30pm

If none of these times work for you, please contact a staff member to coordinate an alternative time.

 

HEALTH PRECAUTIONS:

Items will be numbered and laid out in the lobby allowing you to pick up without close staff interaction. Hand sanitation will be required upon entering The Paramount. We will limit 2 donors to be in the lobby at a time. Should you need assistance, we’ll ask that you open the trunk of a your car and a gloved staff member will carry the item out for you.

I did not purchase a physical item. How do I redeem my package? 

A certificate with details on how to redeem your package will be mailed to you in the coming weeks.

 

I don’t know if my package includes a physical item. How can I be sure?

Can STG just mail me my item?

We are not mailing physical items in order to protect the item and to limit expenses.

 

I live out of the Seattle area and cannot pick up the item. How do I get it?

We will mail items under these circumstances. Please coordinate with a staff member. Please consider covering the postage cost.

AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Placing a bid constitutes acceptance of the terms of sale as outlined herein. If your bid is the top bid or you choose to “buy-it-now,” it is a legal contract to purchase the auction item.

2. Every attempt has been made to describe accurately each item. Please review the item descriptions carefully. Some items may have restrictions, expiration dates, or specific dates of availability that cannot be changed or altered. Seattle Theatre Group (STG) neither warrants nor represents, and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance, or condition of the items. Estimated values are listed as stated by the donors and have been verified to the best of STG’s ability. Items have not been appraised unless otherwise noted.

3. All purchases are final and there will be no extensions, exchanges, or refunds on items. All goods and services must be claimed and used within one year of the auction close date (May 2, 2021), unless otherwise noted in the auction item description.

4. All vacations and travel items or services are subject to availability and are not the responsibility of STG. Reservations for trips and vacation accommodations must be mutually agreed upon with the donor. All contact information will be provided to you when you receive your items. Airline tickets in travel packages are for economy class, unless otherwise noted. Air tickets must be booked and all air travel completed by the stated expiration date. No refunds will be allowed on travel packages for cancelled tickets and/or accommodations.

5. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from any liability arising there from STG, its Board of Directors, members, staff, the host and auctioneers, sponsors, and/or volunteers connected with the auction. All experiences purchased at the auction are to be undertaken at the sole risk of the purchaser. STG is not liable nor responsible in any way for loss, injury, or damage to any person or property.

6. Payment will be accepted in the forms of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. If you need to make special arrangements for payment, please reach out to Aaron Semer - aarons@stgpresents.org.

7. Seattle Theatre Group is a tax-exempt, nonprofit organization as described in section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code for 1984, as amended. Our tax identification number is 94-3130227. Adequate records will be maintained and made available to the IRS upon request. Payments are tax deductible as a charitable contribution, to the extent allowed by law. Generally, you may deduct as a charitable contribution the amount you pay above the fair market value of the item. A tax letter will be emailed to you within one week of the auction end date and will list each and every purchase. Please consult with your tax professional on the appropriate deductibility of your purchases.
