AUCTION ITEM PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS

Q&A:

I don’t know if my package includes a physical item. How can I be sure? Take a look at this list to find your item and see if the corresponding “pick up item” column is checked. You'll also be contacted directly if you won a live auction item. 

I did not purchase a physical item. How do I redeem my package? A certificate with details on how to redeem your package will be mailed to you in the weeks following the auction.

Can STG mail me my item? We are not mailing physical items in order to protect the item and to limit expenses. 

I live out of the Seattle area and cannot pick up the item. How do I get it? We will mail some items under these circumstances. Please coordinate with a staff member and consider maximizing your donation to STG by covering the postage cost.

How do I know what I won? Please check the 'bid' area in the side menu on the auction website to see your winnings.
