Please review the information below regarding picking up an item. If you’re in-person for the event there will be a table for pickup following the event in the theatre lobby.

WHEN: For those not attending in person, pickup dates will be on May 6, 7, and 8 from 11 AM to 5 PM. 

Q&A:

I don’t know if my package includes a physical item. How can I be sure?

Review this list to find your item and see if the corresponding redemption column says "Pick Up". You'll also be contacted directly if you won a live auction item. 

I did not purchase a physical item. How do I redeem my package?

A certificate with details on how to redeem your package will be mailed to you in the weeks following the auction. You'll be contacted directly if you won a live auction item.

Can STG mail me my item?

We are not mailing physical items to protect them and limit expenses.

I live out of the Seattle area and cannot pick up the item. How do I get it?

We will mail some items under these circumstances. Please coordinate with a staff member and consider maximizing your donation to STG by covering the postage cost.

How do I know what I won?

Please check the 'activity' area on the auction website to see your winnings.
