Q&A:

I don’t know if my package includes a physical item. How can I be sure? Check out this list HERE to find your item, and see if the corresponding “pick up item” column is checked. 

 

Where and when do I pick my items up? The Paramount Theatre. You must choose a time slot HERE.

 

I did not purchase a physical item. How do I redeem my package? A certificate with details on how to redeem your package will be mailed to you in the coming weeks.

 

Can STG just mail me my item? We are not mailing physical items in order to protect the item and to limit expenses

 

I live out of the Seattle area and cannot pick up the item. How do I get it? We will mail some items under these circumstances. Please coordinate with a staff member. Please consider maximizing your donation to STG by covering the postage cost.
