Cocktail Recipe
JACK RYE HIGHBALL

A simple cocktail full of spice and sweet character

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Jack Daniel's Tennessee Rye®
1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
2 Dashes Peychaud's® bitters
Soda water

INSTRUCTIONS
1/2 fill a cocktail shaker with cubed ice
Add all ingredients but the soda and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds
1/2 fill a highball glass with cubed ice
Strain the liquid into the glass
Top with soda, add lemon wheel to garnish

Non-Alcoholic Cocktail Recipe
RHUBARB SPARKLER

INGREDIENTS
1 cup fresh rhubarb, cut into 1-inch pieces
6 sprigs thyme
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Club soda

INSTRUCTIONS 
In a small saucepan combine rhubarb, thyme sprigs, sugar, and water. Stir to combine. 
Bring to boil then reduce heat to simmer and cook until rhubarb is soft, about 20 minutes. 
Pull off heat, mash rhubarb into pulp and then allow to cool. 
Once cooled to nearly room temperature, strain to remove herbs and rhubarb chunks. 
Pour 3 oz. into tall glass, top with ice, and finish with 5oz of club soda.
